PVC membrane material is a polyester fiber woven fabric on the coating of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) resin formed composite materials, PVC membrane material strength and fire resistance compared with the PTFE has a certain gap, the service life is generally in 7-15 years. In order to solve the problem of self-cleaning of PVC membrane material, PVDF film is usually applied on PVC coating.
According to the different structure, membrane structure can be divided into 3 categories: skeleton membrane structure, inflatable membrane structure and tensile membrane structure. Skeleton membrane structure is a steel frame or other material on the skeleton of the coating material, thus constituting the roof or the outer wall of the construction form.
