The Qingdao Maritime Carnival Commercial Street, contracted by SIGMA Group. It was completed in April 2017 and used a transparent color single-layer ETFE membrane structure. The size of the project is 3860 square meters, and it took 60 days to complete the project.

The roof of Qingdao Maritime Carnival Commercial Street adopts single-layer ETFE membrane material, and the main structure is steel structure. The ETFE membrane structure is inherently high in appearance and looks transparent and weak, but its physical properties are not inferior to traditional glass roofs.

Compared with glass, it has better self-cleaning properties, strong weather resistance, and will not burst and hurt people. What is especially valuable is that as an outdoor roof building, its service life is more than 20 years.
