The daily maintenance of Air Dome mainly includes air pressure inspection, temperature setting (heating season), power consumption record, weather condition record, lighting system status and inspection of the main body of the membrane structure (including membrane surface, access control, anchoring).
The three most important points are the inspection of air pressure, membrane surface and access control.
1. Ensure that the air pressure of the Air Dome is within the set range.
For the Air Dome, keeping the inflation pressure within the designed range is the key to maintaining the normal operation of the Air Dome.
2. To ensure the air tightness of the Air Dome. (Access Control)
Air Dome needs to be in a relatively airtight state at all times, so the entry and exit systems used are specially designed. In daily use, it is necessary to check whether these access control systems are in normal state.
3. Ensure that the membrane body is not damaged.
(1) Regularly clean up the debris on the membrane surface.
(2) Check the film surface tension regularly.
Matters needing attention in maintenance
1. Before the rainy season and snow season, professionals should be arranged to inspect and maintain the air membrane hall to ensure that the surface of the membrane material is intact and the drainage system is properly drained;
After the bad weather, arrange personnel to inspect the membrane building again to prevent damage to parts such as rust caused by excessive rain, and eliminate potential safety hazards.
2. During the regular safety maintenance, the staff should pay attention to avoid wearing shoes and clothing with sharp objects as much as possible, so as to avoid damage to the surface of the membrane material during the climbing process.
3. Without permission, it is forbidden to drag heavy objects on the air-membrane building to avoid damage to the membrane surface.
