It is located on Changbin Road, Haikou, Hainan Province, and is a key project for the upgrading and reconstruction of the Wu yuan River area. The Wu yuan river Stadium is round as a whole, and the stands are located on the east and west sides. The canopy of the east stand is an ordinary steel structure canopy with a small volume. The roof of the West Stand is a large-scale cable-membrane system roof. Its overall roof is crescent-shaped.                                                                  

In addition to concrete, the main structure of the west stand roof adopts a pure cable system structure. The cable system structure is mainly composed of inner ring cable, upper radial cable, lower radial cable, sling, upper compression ring beam, lower compression ring beam, stay rod, etc. these components can form a stable stress system after applying prestress through ingenious combination.

In terms of enclosure structure, the external wall in the shape of brace rod covers the louver curtain wall system, and the PTFE membrane material is directly above the roof, which is connected with the cable system through circular pipe arch rod. At the position of inner ring cable, maintenance berm and drainage gutter are set.

The maintenance berm is a square truss system, which is paved with galvanized grid plate, and lights and sound equipment are hung at the outer railing. The drainage gutter adopts stainless steel plate gutter, which is arranged in a folded line with the inner ring cable. Finally, the rainwater is led to two large reservoirs on both sides, and the rainwater in the reservoir is utilized through relevant systems to achieve the purpose of water conservation and environmental protection.
